Education: graduated from Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (in 1973). Profession – «Semiconductor Devices», Electronic Engineer.
Professional Interests: Specialist in solid-state microwave electronics in the field of stable microwave generators and microwave transmitters/receivers and complex radio electronic devices creation.
Career: Working in JSC «Scientific and Production Enterprise «Pulsar» (Moscow) since 1974. Started his career as an engineer, and since 2010 is holding the position of Deputy General Director on Scientific Work. Led the development of microwave transmitting/receiving modules and microwave signal generators. During the process of receiving devices development, he along with V.I. Fedosov was the first to introduce into production the series of microwave resonator chips on surface acoustic waves and series of stable microwave generators based on them.
Head of the Basic Chair of Solid-state Electronics of Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
Scientific Achievments: the author of 2 monographs and more than 80 scientific papers, certificates and patents.
